📄️ Export & Import
MaestroHub lets you export selected entities to a portable .mhub.json file and import them back into the same instance or a different one. This is useful for migrating configurations between environments (development to production), creating backups of key assets, or sharing reusable building blocks across teams.
📄️ Search Index
MaestroHub maintains a universal search index that enables fast, full-text search across all your entities. The Search Index page lets administrators monitor the health of this index and rebuild it when necessary.
📄️ Email Setup
MaestroHub uses email for features that require outgoing mail, such as self-service password resets and trial license extension requests. The Email Setup page lets administrators configure one or more SMTP server connections and control which configuration is actively used.
📄️ Maintenance Mode
Maintenance mode lets administrators temporarily pause all pipeline executions across the platform. While active, no new pipelines will start, giving you a safe window to perform system updates, database migrations, or other infrastructure work without risking data inconsistency.
